How it Works

1. Inquiry Form

Start by filling out the short inquiry form with details about your group, space, and occasion.

2. Coordination Call

I’ll be in touch for a brief coordination call. We’ll talk through your plans, wine preferences, timing, and overall feel to ensure the experience is seamless and aligned with your group.

3. Wine Selection & Ordering

I’ll share a curated wine selection for your review and purchasing, allowing you to choose what feels right for your group and occasion. All wine is purchased directly by you through a trusted local wine shop partner.

Please note: Wine is not included in Wild Grace services. I provide curated wine selections, stemware, tasting materials, and the guided tasting. Wine is ordered and paid for separately.

4. Gathering

I arrive with all tasting materials and stemware and guide the tasting — sharing interesting stories, pouring the wines, and creating space for those memorable moments together.

All wine is purchased directly by guests through a trusted local wine shop partner, with Wild Grace guidance on curated selections that reflect your occasion and group size.
