Client Agreement & Event Terms

Client Agreement & Event Terms

1

Wild Grace Gatherings is a hospitality service business offering thoughtfully guided wine tasting experiences for private and corporate groups in private homes, vacation rentals, and event venues.

By booking a Wild Grace Gatherings experience, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and policies.

Alcohol Policy

2

Wild Grace Gatherings does not sell, furnish, serve for sale, or provide alcohol.

All wine and alcoholic beverages associated with a Wild Grace experience are purchased directly by the Client through a third-party licensed retailer. Wild Grace provides wine selection curation, facilitation with the partnered wine retailer, stemware, tasting materials, and the guided tasting experience only.

Clients and guests must be 21 years of age or older to participate in wine tasting experiences. By confirming a reservation, the Client represents that all guests consuming alcohol during the gathering will be 21 years of age or older.

Responsible Consumption

3

Wild Grace Gatherings is committed to creating thoughtful, welcoming, and responsibly hosted wine experiences.

Clients and guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to alcohol consumption and transportation.

Wild Grace reserves the right to limit or discontinue participation for any guest whose behavior appears unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with responsible alcohol consumption.

Transportation Responsibility

4

Clients and guests are solely responsible for arranging safe transportation as needed following the experience.

Wild Grace Gatherings does not provide transportation services and assumes no responsibility for transportation arrangements or decisions made by guests before, during, or after the event.

Assumption of Risk

5

Participation in a wine tasting experience involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the consumption of alcohol, the use of glassware, and movement within private homes, vacation rentals, and event venues.

By participating in a Wild Grace experience, the Client and guests voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with participation.

Event Environment & Property Care

6

Clients are responsible for ensuring the event location is safe and reasonably suitable for the scheduled experience.

Clients agree to exercise reasonable care with all Wild Grace property, including stemware, tasting materials, and event equipment. The Client may be responsible for damage caused by intentional misuse or negligence.

Guest Coordination

7

The Client booking the experience is responsible for communicating relevant event details, policies, and expectations to all participating guests.

Limitation of Liability

8

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Grace Gatherings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or relating to participation in the experience.

Wild Grace Gatherings’ total liability arising from any event or claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the applicable services provided.

Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or limit any rights or protections that may not legally be waived under applicable law.

Reservation, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Reservation Deposit & Final Payment

A non-refundable 35% reservation deposit is required to secure your gathering date and begin planning your experience. Due to the advance preparation, scheduling, and coordination involved in each event, reservation deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling or transfer requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for transfer and the reservation fee will be forfeited.

Wild Grace Gatherings reserves the right to reschedule or modify an experience in the event of severe weather, unsafe conditions, illness, emergency circumstances, or other events outside of reasonable control. In these situations, Wild Grace will work with the Client in good faith to coordinate a mutually agreeable alternative date whenever possible.
